Hey, I'm Maddy Alexander-Grout!

I’m a visibility strategist, ADHD coach, and advocate for people with hidden disabilities. I’m all about helping people with invisible struggles share their stories, get seen, and build real, authentic connections.

I’m the founder of Mad About Money, an inclusive platform that provides practical financial advice for neurodivergent individuals, and I also run Invisible to Influential, a brand that helps entrepreneurs turn their vulnerabilities into visibility.

My journey from invisible to influential has been wild, but it’s taught me the importance of showing up, owning your story, and using your voice to inspire others.

I’ve been named one of the most influential disabled people in the UK, and my new book, Mad About Money, is all about breaking down financial stigma and helping people take control of their finances without the jargon or judgment.

When I’m not working, I’m a mum of two, a music lover, and a big fan of all things rainbow. I believe in turning life’s challenges into strengths and can’t wait to share more with you!
